Hi I Am A 70 Year Old Man When I

Hi I am a 70 year old man when I awoke this morning the room was spinning and I had to lie down and tried to get up a second tim and the room was still spinning. I was able to get up at the third attempt but have felt a little off balance all day. is it possible that I had a stroke whilst I was asleep?
