Hi. I Am A 73 Year Old Male, 100kg And

Hi. I am a 73 year old male, 100kg and 6ft tall. For many years I have been receiving treatment for hypertension, renal impairment, hypertension, and am being monitored for haemochromatosis. Three months ago I was admitted to hospital for an enlarged sacroiliac joint which had fused. I was given a urinary catheter which remained in place for three weeks. ( one week in hospital and two weeks at home). Two days after catheter removal I urinated what can only be described as “liquid afterbirth”. It thick bloody liquid containing fatty like substances. Since then I have not been able to contain my urine. I have to go to the bathroom ever hour – day and night and I have to try and restrict the rate of flow as it causes discomfort in the urinary tube. My doctor is rather casual about it . He appears more interested in knowing my kidneys are working properly. My prostrate was checked a few months ago and I have 3 monthly blood and urine tests which have not shown anything unusual. Are you able to enlighten me on what the problem might be? Could it be an infection ?
