Hi, I am a 82 year old female.
And I recently had Slight burning in urinating as well a minor lower back pain and a slight graver of 99.7 . I had a urine test and my WBC came back: >182/HPF the RBC was: 53/HPF bacteria came back: None Seen, and WBC Clumps: occasional, and squamous epithelial cells : <1/HPF
and the culture shoes that is was not a UTI. What else could it be?
