Hi, I Am A CRCm Patient, Already Operated For Removal

Hi,
I am a CRCm patient, already operated for removal of 5x6 Cm tumor in caecum. I am now undergoing CAPOX (Oxalplatin & capicetabine) Chemotherapy having taken 3 cycles already & fourth cycle is scheduled tomorrow. My recent CBC report reveals WBC 4.28, RBC 4.78, HGB 13.7, PLT 161, LYMPH 2.15, NEUT% 28.3, LYMPH% 50.2, MONO% 14.0, EO% 7 & an observation "Atypical Lympho?". I am worried. Pleasse guide me.
