Hi I Am A Cocaine User. My Nose Is Stuffed

Hi I am a Cocaine user. My nose is stuffed up and my tooth on too roof of mouth way back is rotting and only causes pain when I do coke and only that tooth but makes other ones next to it hurt. I use saline spray then nose leaks like hell but then stuffs back up.. I also make sure not To grind my teeth together.. If I get the bad teeth pulled will that help?
