Hi, I Am A Ret. RN. My 44 Yr Old

Hi, I am a Ret. RN. My 44 yr old room mate is a Lifelong Alcoholic, and has been uncontrollably vomiting, w/ 102 Fever & Cannot keep anything down..she also has hematuria. Hospital says it's her Liver. BUT, she has also been intimate with a Known Drug abuser ( Heroin) that also had Hep. C & B + Pancreatitis .. I am thinking she either has Cirrhosis of the Liver ( advanced stage) or Hepatitis B or maybe C. ( I do not Drink at all, OR do illegal drugs.. I follow my DRs. Rx's faithfully & have been Vaccinated for Hep. B. The small town hospital AND the Local Health dept. as been TRYING to reach her Months..( They drew blood).. she's now in a Large reliable Nashville Hospital. My Question is; would Cirrhosis cause the Hematuria, or advanced stage of Hepatitis B/C..?
