Hi, I Am A Black African Male With A Light

Hi, I am a black African male with a light to dark skin and have had a piercing on my ear before I could turn 20 and below my lower lip after turning 20. I have also had a few scratches on my body without getting keloids and none of my family members (parents and siblings) has had a keloid before. What are the chances of getting a keloid from otoplasty?
