Hi I Am A Bupa Member Going For Steroid Injection

Hi I am a bupa member going for steroid injection on my knee as I can't have knee replacement because I had heart attack on 2nd dec it's very painful and stiff and swollen the surgeon said I can have injections I am taking beta locker will I have to stop? Also I was looking for gold steroid injection is there such a thing and waht type is the best as I am also working so I will be at work on wed is that safe?
