Hi, I Am A Dental Assistant And Have Had Spinal

Hi, I am a dental assistant and have had spinal fusion done in the past. It really helped. One of the symptoms was tingling in my finger, but just on one hand. that was 4 years ago. Now I feel like I am experiencing Carpal Tunnell. my hands fall to sleep all the time and I have severe pain in my wrist at times. I have noticed that my gripping ability has diminished quite a lot. What Specialists is the best for treatment of this? I don't want to fool around. I felt is was arthritis but now after reading the symptoms and seeing how my symptoms have worsened I want to get it checked out.
