Hi, I Am A Diabetic For 8 Yrs. And My

Hi, I am a diabetic for 8 yrs. And my HbA1c has ranged between 8 - 9 for past 4 yrs. I have been on Metformin, Glimepride, Janumet, but no affect. My Triglyceride levels ave ranged from 600 - 252 (latest), with Fenofibrate. Other Lipids are in good range.

Kindly advise...if I need to change medication
