Hi I Am A Female 39yrs Old That Have SLE

Hi I am a female 39yrs old that have SLE Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and I have been sick for 2 weeks now and I have been taking cough syrup with codeine and I tried sudafed first and I'm still not doing any better what should I do? Symptoms are heavy coughing like gagging, mucus that won't come up much so I get a tiny bit here and ther, feel icky, tired no energy which can be the lupus, fever back and forth in terms of being hot one minute then cold the next, extreme dry throat.
