Hi I Am A Female And I Have A Personal

Hi I am a female and I have a personal question. I have an itch on the left side of the outside of my private part. I have had it for sometime. It comes and goes but lately it's all the time. I have not bought any creams for it. Any suggestions on what it could be? And what I could use that is over the counter? I have had a check up with my Gyno and everything checked out okay.
