Hi I Am A Female Of 31 Yrs, I Am

Hi I am a female of 31 yrs, I am suffering with extremely dry skin, brittle nails, thining of hair and most imp I am gaining lot of weight.I had been through thyroid test which says t3- 97 reference range 60-200) t4 is 9.9 ref RNG(4.5-12.0) tsh is 2.48 ( 0.3-5.5). Please tell what does it say?? Adding to this, I am always in a mental stress. I am unable cope with my day to day life.
