I am a healthy 56 year old male mechanic. I still ride trail bikes and use air tools daily. I do get numbness in my hands when I trail ride. Some nights I wake to elbow pain/ache with pins and needles in my hands.
Panadol does not help. I do take 1/2 aspro daily.
