Hi, I Am A Healthy63year Old With A Diagnosis Of

Hi, I am a healthy63year old with a diagnosis of mild osteopenia (-2at the neck of the hip, the other results of a bone scan were in the normal range). On Sunday evening I slipped on wooden stairs and bumped down 7steps on my back. My back has several bruises and is very sore especially towards the right hand side . I am taking paracetamol but it is still painful when I move. Is there anything I should do?
