Hi. I Am A Little Concerned About A Possible Blood

Hi. I am a little concerned about a possible blood clot I jus passed. My last period was Feb2015 I got pregnant and had him in Dec 2015. I have breastfed him since birth and have not had a period. My cycle started 2 days ago with very intense pain. About an hour ago I went to the restroom and passed something vaginallythat was about 2-2.5 inches long and about a inch in diameter. It appeared to have a mucus like casing . I am assuming it's is blood clot. Do u agree?
