Hi, I Am A Little Embarrassed To Say This But

Hi, I am a little embarrassed to say this but last weekend after a night of drinking I did a tiny little bit of cocaine for the first time ever in my life with a friend of mine. I immediately regretted it the next day and have looked online for information and basically all I am reading is that there will be permanent damage to the heart and lungs and brain and I am terrified. I am worried that I am now going to have heart problems for the rest of my life due to one bad decision. I am twenty four years old and I would consider myself a healthy adult male. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
