Hi, I Am A Man, 75 Yrs Old, Who Have

Hi, I am a man, 75 yrs old, who have had CABG about 8 yrs ago. No symptoms since then, had no MI, and now have had recently some short episodes of bigeminy and trigeminy with some intermittent dry cough and intermittent lightheadedness. I take supplemental B complex, fish oil, aspirin, vit D and magnesium in addition to my Toprol, Niacin, Losartan, Metformin (DM for 30+ yrs, last H1C being 6.5) and Avodart. What are my possible treatment options? What is my eventual outcome? Thank you very much.
