Hi, I Am A Married Woman Of 25 With Recently

Hi, I am a married woman of 25 with recently diagnosed pcod. I missed my periods for a month and went for pregnancy test kit which came negative. My gyny had asked me to go for 3 cycles of regestrone. This month I had my periods on 23rd and I am still bleeding after 14 days. Is it possible that I was / am pregnant ??
