Hi, I Am A Migraine Patient From Last 10 Years

Hi,

I am a migraine patient from last 10 years and have those common triggers like perfume smell, skipping meals, weather change, more sleep etc.
From last couple of years the frequency of headaches was significantly increased to 2-3 times a week.Taking 1000mg panadol(paracetamol) was helping me.

However, from last three months I am experiencing daily headaches.
I am not very sure that it is migraine or something different but here are the symptoms.

1> The pain is always there. Infact, everyday I wake up with the headache.
The intensity of these headaches are mild to
moderate unlike my those migraine headaches that always end up with extreme sharp intolerable pain.

2>These daily headaches sometimes even switches sides during the headache.
The location of pain is still same i.e. behind and around one eye only.
Previously with my migraine headaches it was rarely on right side and always on left side but now the frequency on right side has also increased.

3> The triggers still applies and it makes my headache worse but somehow I haven't experienced that intensity of pain in recent past with which the migraine headache was occurring.

4> These daily headaches are like consistent pain and sometimes I feel better by evening even without any medication.
But sometimes they last for the whole day and continue the next day.

5> In addition to my usual migraine triggers these headaches get worse when I start work on my computer, I go out in cold weather specially if it is windy and sometimes unknows reasons.

Some more info.

1> I got my CT scan done and it does show some sinusitison the left side but actually I don't experience any such obvious symptoms like cold or stuffy nose etc
2> I also got my eye sight test and it is all good.
3> MRI scan is due
4> I am still taking panadol which works sometimes but I am trying not to take it daily. So I skip it the day when the pain is milder and tolerable.

what kind of pain are these? Are they like some mini migraine?Though they seem milder than migraine and tolerable but strong enough to not let me concentrate on my work.
It interferes with my daily activities, be it home or work. I feel helpless :(
