Hi. I Am A Nineteen Year Old Female. Every Month,

Hi. I am a nineteen year old female. Every month, I get a bunch of tiny white pus bags on each tonsil. I have a consistent fever of 103 F, a constant headache, severe abdominal pain and swollen glands. I have been tested for mono and strep and both have come back negative. I have been prescribed many antibiotics and and have taken countless over the counter painkillers and fever reducers. Nothing is working and doctors just scratch their heads and send me home. What is wrong with me? I am very concerned.
