Hi I Am A Product Of Very Poor Decision Making

Hi I am a product of very poor decision making from my birth parents. I was malnourished and other bad things. I am now 34 years of age and was wondering if what they did from 0-4 years of age could cause some of the symptoms I am experiencing now. Such as nerve damage and heighten to only certain pain and not others. It's quite complicated to explain all I am going threw. Please e.ail me back with some one who can help. I was adoption at age 5
