Hi, I Am A Twenty-four Year Old Female In Good

Hi, I am a twenty-four year old female in good overall health. I exercise regularly and eat properly on a consistent basis. For the past several years, I have had a low body temperature (between 95 and 96 degrees Fahrenheit) and I'm beginning to wonder if it is causing other problems. I am cold most of the time and completely exhausted almost daily. I work more than 50 hours a week, so I am under a good deal of stress. Is there anything I can do to increase my body temperature and energy levels? I am not low in vitamin B, I have no history of auto-immune diseases, and I don't have any thyroid issues. Any thoughts?
