I am a very busy person and I was find myself getting tired easily. I have had my bloods checked and it's fine, I eat well and do enough exercise but when I lay in bed at night I usually can't sleep until 1-2am. Once I'm asleep I rarely wake until 7am. Due to my busy lifestyle I need to be having a good nights sleep before the next day. I don't know what to do! I just find it so hard to sleep and it's getting to the point where my work is being effected!
