Hi I Am A Very Healthy Female Age 67 Who

Hi I am a very healthy female age 67 who recently started developing high blood pressure which turned in to hypertension. I started 10 mg of Bystolic June of 2014 and this past June had my yearly blood work done. Everything was within normal range except my AST and ALT liver enzymes had increased so my doctor gave me a script for blood work again for November. They have gone up a little more since then. I am 5"7' and 155 lbs. Exercise regularly and eat better than most people I know. I have a glass of wine or sangria maybe once or twice a week. I am scheduled to see a gastroenterologist in December but I am wondering if the Bystolic could be doing it. If so are there any blood pressure meds that you know of that do not affect the liver? I do not take any other meds but I do take vitamins. Thank you
