Hi, I Am A Young Lady, 24 Years Old. I

Hi, I am a young lady, 24 years old. I had a yeast infection 2 weeks ago and discovered some skin tags on my inner labia. I also discovered that one of my labia the one with the skin tags, is now double the size of the other. please advise how I can remove the skin tags without going to a doctor coz I dnt have medical insurance. Please also advise if my labia will go back to its normal size. thank you.
