Hi I Am Advised To Take MECGLA For A Small

Hi I am advised to take MECGLA for a small lump found on my left breast doctor said due to hormonal changes, I am 39 married with no kids, i can feel small lump its not actually round in size but it pains a lot & due that i get pain on my left shoulders, neck, hand sometimes its burning too, usually i was getting pain in my both breast prior to menstrual cycle but now it starts a fortnight before, also doc has recommended to go for mammography, please advise what may be the cause.
