Hi, I Am Am Having Frequent Urges To Urinate But

Hi, I am am having frequent urges to urinate but when I go its just a very short stream, just enough to barely feel the relief, there is no burning, odor or discharge and the day before I had a lot of lower back pain. it just feels like something is in the way there for the rest to go?? Please help thank you
