Hi, I Am An 140 Pound Female, 20 Years Old.

Hi, I am an 140 pound female, 20 years old. I have had burning in my esophagus and stomach for the past 2 days, along with vomiting coffee grounds colored bile I think. I have also had flecks of fresh blood in the vomit as well. Is this serious and what should I do??
