Hi, I am an 18 year old female. I've always had really painful periods and I'm not sure if these are connected or what is going on. For the last 4 or 5 months my periods have been unbearable, my nose bleeds almost every week randomly and it has never done that before. I have blood in my stool and its been happening for a few months now. Sometimes, I now have trouble swallowing. I don't know why food just doesn't want to go down sometimes. I have always had swollen lymph nodes. When I was 5 years old, I had one removed from my neck to check for cancer and it came back benign. Should I see a doctor and is this something serious?
