Hi. I Am An 18-year-old Girl And Is Not Sexually

Hi. I am an 18-year-old girl and is not sexually active. I am overweight. I have a yeast infection, but it is becoming better as I regularly change my underwear during the day. I noticed that these two months when I am ovulating, I am bleeding at the same time. The ovulation discharge is clear, so I can see it having some blood in it. This never happened before. I always get ovulation pain on my right, it rarely on my left. The pain has been happening for 7 years now since I got my first period. I also have been having pain while urinating when the ovulation pain is taking place. After a while when the pain goes away and when I urinate, it doesn't hurt.
I did a pelvic exam 6 months ago because of my pain, but the doctors said it was nothing. I was told to do the exam again in the next 6 or 10 months for re-check.

As for my period, it is regular. I sometimes get my period two days early or rarely four days late. Can you give me advice? Is it anything to worry about.
