Hi: I Am An 89yo Male With Afib And Edema

Hi: I am an 89yo male with Afib and edema on both ankles. I am on Eliquis and Propranolol. Recently, my breathing has shortened considerably but not labored. My Cardio doesn't seem to be concerned but I am. What Specialist should I seek for a better diagnosis? Thank you.
