Hi, I Am An African American Female. A Small Indentation

Hi, I am an African American female. A small indentation appear in my back, on the right side, just below my bra line. It itches sometimes, but not often. The sunken area is a little darker than my normal skin tone..Have you ever seen a case like this before? What might this be please?
