Hi I Am An Adult 37 Year Old Male Healthy

Hi I am an adult 37 year old male healthy but I struggle with cronic ear infections. I have my entire life but in the last year it has gotten worse. I had a surgury last spring on my eustation tubes called the Eliot study it seem to make my ears worse my ears were constantly popping and I couldn't seem to get the right pressure. It like I was on a plane for the past six months. So my doctor and I decided to put a set of tubes in my ears to relieve the constant popping. That still didn't work my right ear seems to be draining properly but my left is still popping with no air getting through I am at my wits end and need some help please.
