Hi, I Am Archana Shetty And I Have Been Diagnosed

Hi,
I am archana shetty and I have been diagnosed with sclerotic mastoid on x-ray of right ear. On CT scan, it was noted to have deviated septum to right and bilateral concha bullosa. My ear condition is chronic. My ENT doctor advised me to undergo surgery as my right ear is draining. I need to know about what type of surgery or what is my current condition regarding my ear. thank you.
