Hi I Am Asking On Behalf Of My Uncle Who

Hi I am asking on behalf of my uncle who is 92 yrs old in general good health. With heart condition( recent angina and pneumonia ) but has developed a rash on chest which is spreading. It is nit overly obvious to see but raised bumps that are extremely painful when hand touchesit. Similar reaction to as if tou had cactus needles in your skin. It has now spread in a v pattern from his shoulder downwards to centre of sternum.
