Hi. I Am Asleep When I Shoukd Take My First

Hi. I am asleep when I shoukd take my first dose of Flubiprofen and only want to wake up long enough to get enough food in to suffice. Could I eat a half a banana, a hard boiled egg, a slice of cheese? I hate milk and don't want much at 0630. What is the minimum I can take to help protect the stomach. Thank you.
