Hi I am at age 16 I used to marurbate twice a day is it good or bad if it is bad tell me why please I want to know as immediately as possible . And other main issue is I used to touch my penis frequently which makes the penis without knowingly gets erect so at that time also I feel I should marurbate so ppa help me to guide through it plss
