Hi! I Am Awaken Several Times A Night Because My

Hi! I am awaken several times a night because my arms and hands are asleep... The are numb, pins and needles tingling as I wake them up. Had this problem about three years ago, it went away and has returned.
For the past year and a half my left little toe felt like it had a long hair wrapped around it, now after recent passing of mother, three toes are at times numb
