Hi, I Am Bloated And Have Been Constipated For The

Hi, I am bloated and have been constipated for the past couple day and to push for anything to come out all I get is some gas. I have pain in my lower abdomen and now I noticed it hurt when I pressed just under my rib cage. I have felt like I my stomach was upset a few times a couple of days then it would it would stop, what's happening?
