I am borderline anemic my iron is 4 my ferritin is 7 Haemoglobin111 with low platlets. I have been on 200mg iron tabs for 2 weeks. I'm having sudden insets of complete exhaustion, periods of blurred vision, irritability, poor concentration. I have been referred for an iron infusion but the agute onset of exhaustion is leaving me unable to attend work.
