Hi, I Am Concerned About My Current Symptoms. I Woke

Hi, I am concerned about my current symptoms. I woke this morning with left half of my lower lip very swollen (3-4x normal size) and I cold sore blister on the inside. I have taken Advil and the swelling reduced. I also have been applying Abreva topically. Most recently, about 2 hours ago (10 hours after waking up) I feel lethargic and by ears are clogged, akin to being on an airplane. I am wondering if these sxs are connected/ what the best tx is.
