Hi , I Am Currently 31 Weeks And 5 Days

Hi , I am currently 31 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I have been in the hospital since I had turned 29 weeks because my water bag was ruptured. I am on complete bed rest until I have my baby. I have not been feeling good at all today and when they checked my vitals my pulse was 115 and my blodd pressure was 99/58. I have asked my nurse if that was good or bad since I haven't been feeling too good and she never answered me. I have no signs of fever but I did get super nauseous and felt like I was going to faint.
