Hi I Am Currently Anticipating Surgery In October And I

Hi I am currently anticipating surgery in October and I have not been prescribed anything for pain that I can take. I also need an antibiotic due to the fact of high risk infection. I have allergies to PCN, aspirin, sulfa, codeine, e-mycin, and motrin. Tylenol will not be enough for post op. Do you have a recommendation for a pain and antibiotic. I am ok to take Doxycycline and Cipro but my doc doesn't feel either of these will be a pre op drug of choice
