Hi, I am currently experiencing extreme heat in my chheks, almost like they are on fire, very dizzy, almost feeling like I could pass out, very tired, and strong metallic taste in mouth to the point it almost feels like my tongue is burning. I had an abnormal urine culture last week, but I had my period during the test, so I am planning on going back tomorrow to retest my urine, what could it be? They were thinking maybe anemia?
