Hi. I Am Currently Experiencing Itchiness, Dryness And A Lack

Hi. I am currently experiencing itchiness, dryness and a lack of vaginal discharge around the vaginal area, there was a blob yesterday but it was a yellow-ish colour. I am sexually active but have always used protection. I am worried that something could be seriously wrong and I don't know what to do as I am only 16 and don't really feel comfortable talking to my mum about this.
