Hi, I am currently extremely scared as I noticed the other day I have many small paper like cuts between my anus and labia. I only noticed them because they became really itchy and sometimes bleed. I am extremely scared I have some sort of STI even though I have only ever had safe sex? Please let me know what this could be an hopefully it's nothing major to worry about....
