Hi, I Am Currently Going For An Ultrasound On A

Hi, I am currently going for an ultrasound on a pain in the pelvic area which I have had since November. I recently had an ultrasound which showed a 4cm cyst in my right ovary and am waiting for another ultrasound which will take place 18th May. In the meantime I have notices random bruises appearing lower down on the right side of my abdomen in straight lines, that disappear a few hours later. Can you explain what might be causing this?
