Hi, I Am Currently Having Pain In My Lower Left

Hi, I am currently having pain in my lower left abdomen which feels like sharp stabbing pains. It hurts when I move in certain positions, when I breathe and sneeze. I have currently been given antibiotics for a UTI which I have been taking for 3 days but the pain hasn't reduced. I am also feeling pain in my ribs as if they are bruised, they are tender to touch. I'm not sure whether to go back to the doctors today it give it another day to see if any change tomorrow. Thanks
