Hi, I Am Currently In The Worst Pain I Have

Hi, I am currently in the worst pain I have ever felt, I want to throw up I'm in so much pain and can't see my uterus feels like it is falling out of me and my ovaries feel like they exploded. It's been like this for almost an hour now the pain was a 10 now it's an 8 I don't know what to do
